Applicants are seeking extension of time by 4 months to invest the amount of Rs. 2 lakhs as directed by this Court in Appeal Against Order No.2/2020.

Record indicates that the concerned order was passed on 17.01.2020, by which one months time was granted. Basically the stipulation was for securing the future of the minor whose property was permitted to be sold. In view of the

Order 0702caa10.20 reasons, total three months time is granted to invest the amount with further condition to produce photocopy of the FDR on the record of this Court. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
