By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal against the acquittal.

Learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that initially there was no objection raised that the appeal is filed after limitation period, therefore, delay application was not filed along with the application. Even calculating the same only two days delay is caused in filing the appeal.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, delay is condoned.

The application is disposed of.
