By means of the present application, the applicant is seeking relaxation/modification in the condition imposed by this Court while releasing him on bail. This Court vide order dated 03.12.2019 was pleased to release the applicant on bail. One of the conditions was that he shall attend Police Station Ramnagar, Gondia, thrice a week till filing of the charge sheet and after filing of the charge-sheet, he shall attend once in a week, till culmination of the trial. The charge-sheet in the matter has been filed. The charge is not yet framed. It will take some time to commence and conclude the trial. When enquired, the learned APP submits that the applicant has not misused the liberty. If that be so, the purpose will serve if the applicant is directed to the attend the police station once in a month pending trial. The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on

APPP.194.23 1st Saturday of every month between 2.00 to 5.00 p.m. till culmination of the trial.

The condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 3.12.2019 stands modified accordingly. The Application is disposed of in above terms.
