Perused the application and the acknowledgment. 3.

There is no mention in the application that the applicant himself has received back all the papers of this application. The acknowledgment shows the signature of one Pranav Jagtap. It is not known as to who he is and as to whether or not, he is duly authorized by the applicant to issue acknowledgment for receipt of papers of this application on behalf of the applicant. There is no averment made in the application in this regard. It is orally submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that said Pranav Jagtap is the son of the applicant. It is further submitted that since the son of the applicant has received back all the papers of the application, the learned counsel for the applicant be discharged from this case. 4.

We accept the request so made by the learned counsel Shri Vyas, subject to the condition that Shri Vyas shall send the copy of this order to the applicant- Vilas S/o Dattuji Jagtap and obtain
