It is stated that in order dated 05.10.2023 at para No. 4 the name of respondent No.1 is wrongly typed as 'Uttam' instead of 'Vasant'. Therefore, counsel for respondent No.1 has requested to correct the name of respondent No.1 as 'Vasant'. In view of this, the application is allowed.

The name of respondent No.1 be corrected as 'Vasant' instead of 'Uttam' in para No. 4 of order dated 05.10.2023. Correction be carried out in the order and corrected copy be uploaded, accordingly.
