After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant is ready to surrender before the authority or the appropriate court and avail the remedy, as available under the law including seeking enlargement on bail on his surrender. The learned Counsel further submits that some reasonable period be granted to the applicant to undertake this exercise and till that period, the interim protection granted by this Court be continued. The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for extension of the interim protection.

Considering the fact that the applicant was protected by this Court vide order dated 11/02/2015 and he expressed his will to surrender, the applicant is permitted to surrender on or before 17th of March, 2015. The interim protection granted by this Court is extended till 17th of March, 2015 only. The application is disposed of in above terms. Authenticated copy of the order be supplied to the learned Counsel for the applicant.
