In view thereof the time to deposit the costs of Rs.1000/- is extended by further period of one week by way of last chance. For the same reason the bailable warrant as issued is recalled. However if the amount of costs is not deposited within period of one week, the Court would be inclined to issue a bailable warrant. Civil Application is disposed of.
