The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the petition in as much as it relates to the challenge to punishment of deduction of 10% amount of pension for one year vide order dated 03.02.2023. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the issuance of charge-sheet dated 12.03.2021 by separate legal appropriate proceedings.
