Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

The learned Counsel, by inviting my attention to the dates of the First Information Reports, submits that for the same crime, two First Information Reports have been registered against the applicant.

We are unable to accept the above contention. The offences of outraging the modesty against a minor girl have been registered against the applicant. We have perused the First Information Report. We do not find any fault in the same. It is, therefore, necessary to have the investigation in the matter. That being so, we make the following order.
