06/07/ The present application is filed to withdraw the amount by respondent No.1.

First Appeal No.1836/2009 was filed challenging the judgment and award passed by M.A.C.P. Amravati in M.A.C.P. No.56/2012. The said appeal came to be disposed of on 30/09/2019. The entire decretal amount was directed to be deposited vide order dated 02/01/2018. In view of final disposal of the appeal by judgment, there is no impediment in allowing the respondent to withdraw the decretal amount so deposited with this Court. 3.
Registry is directed to transfer the entire decretal amount along with the accrued interest, in the Bank account of respondent No.1. The details of which are mentioned in paragraph No.5 of the application. 4.
The application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
