Date : 12 th April, 2018 As per the affidavit filed by the respondent No.3-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Akola, the proposal has already been forwarded to the office of the Accountant General, Nagpur, on 28-3-2018. The said office is directed to complete the formalities and conclude the ultimate action within a period of one month from today; failing which, the authorities concerned shall have to pay the costs of Rs.5,000/-.

1204caw247.18.odt We modify the order dated 23-3-2018 and direct the respondent No.3-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Akola, to pay the costs of Rs.5,000/- to the petitioner as against such costs directed to be paid from his own pocket. So far as the respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati, is concerned, the order of costs is recalled. The learned Assistant Government Pleader and the respondent No.3-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Akola, to communicate this order to the person concerned dealing with the matter.

The civil application stands disposed of.

The proceedings for contempt are dropped.

Steno copy of this order be furnished to the learned Assistant Government Pleader to act upon.
