It appears that the applicants/appellants have filed this application to bring the legal heirs of appellant No.2-Ambadas Suryabhan Wayal, on record, who died on 14/11/2022. 4.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed. Applicants are permitted to bring the legal heirs of appellant No.2 on record. The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks, and an amended copy of the appeal memo is to be supplied to the respondents.
