By this application, appellant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in filing the appeal.

Issue notice to the respondent No.1, returnable after four weeks.

Learned AGP waives notice for the respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Appellant is permitted to serve the respondent No.1 by all modes of service.

By this application, appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and decree passed by the learned 4th Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case
(2) 40.caf.445.2023 No.394/2016 decided on 19.01.2022.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with the accrued interest within ten weeks, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment, be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.

Civil Application is disposed of.
