Civil Application (CAO) No.141/2022 This is an application filed by the cross objector for bringing legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record. The learned counsel for respondent No.1, has drawn attention of this Court to paragraphs 2 to 5 of the application in support of her contentions.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the appellant, has no objection.

Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and having perused the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayers made therein.

Let the legal heirs of respondent No.1, as stated in the paragraph 2 of the application, be brought on record and amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.

The civil application is accordingly disposed.

Cross Objection (XOB) No. 56/2008 Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the case of another claimant in respect of the same village and same Section 4 notification, a special leave petition has been filed against the order and judgment of this Court, which is pending. He submits that in this view of the matter, the hearing of cross objection be adjourned sine die till the outcome of Special Leave Petition.

The cross objection is adjourned sine die with liberty to apply upon the decision of the Apex Court.
