Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Considering the applicant is arrested on 26/05/2023, learned trial Court shall expedite the trial and shall dispose of at the earliest.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to move before this Court after nine months if the trial is not concluded.
