Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. He fairly submits that an appeal/remedy is available to challenge the impugned order. He further submits that the issue involved stands covered by the judgment of this Court in BGR Energy System ..vs.. Tahsildar, Saoner1 2.

In view thereof, we direct the concerned authority to decide the appeal within a period of six weeks from the date of its filing.

Needless to state that the authority concerned shall take into consideration the judgment cited supra while deciding the issue in question.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
