By this application, the respondents are seeking fixed date for final hearing of the appeal. 3.

It is submitted by respondent No.1 that the acquiring body had filed instant appeal against the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. 4.

Respondent No.1 is suffering from severe fatal disease of liver cancer and various ailments, and therefore, he is in need of financial assistance and therefore prayed for the fixed date.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, appeal be fixed for final hearing on 08/03/2023 high on board on the final hearing board. 6.

Civil application is disposed of.
