This is an application seeking permission to file the First Appeal as an indigent person under Rule XXXIII Rule 1 of CPC.
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 5th June 2018, the Collector, Parbhani was directed to file report. Accordingly, report is filed by the Collector. The same is placed on record by the learned AGP along with pursis. Pursis as well as the report of the Collector indicates that the applicant-Rambhau Giri R/o Muli, Tq.Gangakhed does not hold any agricultural land in Mouza Muli, however, one house bearing No.98 admeasuring total area 35x16 and 50x16 is mentioned in the Gaothan register and the price of the house is to the tune of Rs.1,15,000 approximately. The pursis is marked as Exh.X, whereas the report of the Collector is marked as Exh.X-1, for the identification's sake. In view of the specific report tendered by the Collector
