The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that he has issued notice to the appellant stating that if he does not respond, vakalatnama would be withdrawn from this matter. He has placed on record a Pursis to that effect along with copy of intimation dated 29.08.2022.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel that yesterday the appellant had contacted him and informed that the matter is settled between the Rgd.

Order 1509apeal78.20 parties and he do not wish to proceed further with the matter. The learned Counsel therefore, makes a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
