According to Shri N. S. Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1/State, the Respondent No.2 has been served, which statement is accepted, however, none appears. Considering the nature of the proceedings, Shri Sumit Joshi, learned Counsel from the Legal Aid Panel is hereby appointed to represent the Respondent no.2. The learned Counsel for the Applicant has supplied the copy of application for condonation of delay as well as the copy of the paper-book to Shri Sumit Joshi, learned Counsel appointed for the Respondent No.2.
