It is always open to the Administrator to seek appropriate orders or to exercise his powers in accordance with law, if he finds any such interference. We are not inclined to exercise review jurisdiction at the instance of the applicant/petitioner in these facts. Misc. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
