DATED : 18-01-2017 Considering the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant/continue blanket interim order. If the appellant/Insurance Company deposits the amount as per impugned award calculating the interest till the date on which the amunt is deposited, with the registry of this Court till 01-03-2017, the execution of impugned award shall stand stayed, until further orders.

If the amount is not deposited till 01-03-2017, the interim order shall cease to operate and civil application shall stand dismissed and the claimants will be at liberty to proceed with the execution.

The claimants are at liberty to file application for withdrawal of the amount. If such application is filed, it will be considered on its merits.
