The only prayer made by the petitioner is a direction to the respondent no.2-Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner, as early as possible. Since the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.2Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner, if not decided earlier, as early as possible and positively within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the respondent no.2-Scrutiny Committee. The petitioner undertakes to appear before the respondent no.2Scrutiny Committee on 05.05.2015. Order accordingly. No order as to costs.
