In F.I.R. there are some allegations against the applicant. Whether those allegations are sufficient at this stage when the investigation is still going on, is the moot question. At this stage, we are not in a position to treat the F.I.R. as a complete and fool-proof document. During investigation, police may get material either exonerating or implicating the applicant. Hence, without observing anything on merits of contention of the applicant and with liberty to him to approach again after the charge-sheet is filed, we dispose of the criminal application. No costs.
