DATED : 24/09/2024 Pursuant to the order dated 19/08/2024, the Registrar(Judicial) has filed a report stating therein that R & P received on 26/07/2024 and note to that effect was made in Farad Sheet. The same was not brought to the notice of this Court on 19/08/2024. 2.

When enquired, Shirastedar submits that in the cause list, it was mentioned that R & P is not received and kept in record room. Thus, he called the matter accordingly and read remark which suggested that R & P was not received.

Thus the mistake is committed by Board Section. The Board Section should be careful in this regard.

The Registrar (Judicial) shall give appropriate instructions to the Board Section.

None appears for the parties.

It appears that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not prosecuted with costs of Rs.1000/-.

The application for restoration, if filed, shall be listed only upon depositing the costs.
