DATED : 13-03 -202 Learned counsel for the applicants/original respondent nos. 1 to 6 is seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant - insurance company. He submits that appeal filed by the insurance company has been withdrawn on 12-11-2022. None appears for the appellant though served. The Registry shall disburse the amount as per the rules in terms of order passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Darwha, District Yavatmal in M.A.C.P. No. 106/2009.

The power of attorney holders may sign documents on behalf of the executant/s, however, the amount of compensation should be deposited in the accounts of the respondents.
