Shri P.S. Sahare, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners has filed pursis dated 22nd April, 2019 stating that the petitioners have taken away the brief and he is not given instructions in the matter.

Shri Vasantrao Bapurao Deshmukh, who claims to be brother of the original petitioner - Gunwantrao Bapurao Deshmukh, and is holding power of attorney on behalf of the legal representatives of original petitioner and is identified by Shri P.S. Sahare, Advocate seeks time to engage another Advocate.

This application was listed on 3rd April, 2019 on which date we expressed that the petition would be

2 appw23.18 heard on 22nd April, 2019. In the pursis filed by the Advocate for the petitioners it is stated that brief is taken away from the Advocate on 3rd April, 2019. There is no explanation for not taking steps earlier to engage other Advocate. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in early hearing of the writ petition. Criminal application is dismissed.
