DATE : 05/09/2022 Mr. Awchat, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that though the applicant/wife is employed by a company at Mumbai, she is working from home and therefore, her permanent address of residence is Yavatmal.

2] There are already two proceedings pending at Yavatmal, one under the Domestic Violence Act and another under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., in which the respondent is already appearing. That being the case, it would be appropriate to transfer Petition No. A-595/2018 (Shashikant vs. Mrunal), pending before the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur, to Family Court at Yavatmal, so that all the matters can be decided at one place where the applicant is residing, in view of which the application is allowed and the Petition No. A-595/2018 (Shashikant vs. Mrunal), pending on the

(2) 35mca104.22 file of Family Court, Nagpur is hereby transferred to the file of Family Court, Yavatmal.

3] The parties shall appear before the Family Court, Yavatmal, on 12.9.2022.

4] The learned Family Court, Yavatmal shall endevour to decide the petition as expeditiously as possible.

5] The MCA is allowed in above terms and disposed of.
