DATED :- AUGUST 06, 2021 Learned counsel for respondent No. 1-the original claimant seeks permission to withdraw the compensation amount which has been deposited by the appellant-V.I.D.C. with the Registry of this Court i.e. Rs.2,97,247/- (Rs. Two lacs ninety seven thousand two hundred and forty seven) vide CCDR No. 1771 dated 31/08/2018.

Considering the reasons mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the application, the claimant/respondent No. 1/decree holder is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
