Heard both the parties. There is no dispute that question involved in the present Writ Petition is covered by the judgment of Full Bench of this Court in the matter of Kalpana Wd/o Vilas Taram & another Vs. State of Maharashtra and other, 2024(4) Mh.L.J.(F.B.) 312.

As such, Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Kalpana Taram (supra). We hereby quash and set aside the impugned decision dated 25/11/2022, issued by respondent No.2. 3.

The respondent No.2 is directed to consider the petitioner's claim in the light of the Full Bench decision of this Court in the matter of Kalpana Wd/o Vilas Taram & another

(2) 14 wp 2085-2023 (supra) as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four weeks from today.

Once the petitioner is found eligible for employment on compassionate ground, the appointment order be issued to the petitioner as per seniority of the wait list. 5.
