The applicant is convicted by the Additional Sessions Judge, Amravati in Special Case No.221 of 2015 for ofence punishable under Sections 354[1](i), 354 B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 7, 8, 9(m) and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual ofences Act (POCSO), 2012 and sentenced to sufer simple imprisonment for fve years and to pay a fne of Rs.5,000/-.

The applicant is behind the bars. Delay of 262 days is caused in fling the present appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
