By this application, the applicant is seeking the condonation of 13 days in filing the restoration of crossobjection which was rejected due to non removal of office objections.

For the reasons stated in the application, which are not controverted, the delay of 13 days is hereby condoned. Application stands disposed of.

By this application, the applicant is seeking the restoration of Cross-Objection St. No.23582/2019 rejected by the order of Registrar dated 25.2.2020.

It is stated in the application that the cross-objection was filed by another counsel and due to this fact the name of the present counsel was not displayed when the matter was

It is further stated that there was a pandemic of Covid-19 in the year 2020 and, therefore, the cross-objector was not in a position to take necessary instructions in time. Hence, accepting the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. 3.

The office is directed to restore the Cross-Objection St. No.23582/2019.

The Cross-Objector undertakes to remove all the office objections within a period of two weeks. Failure of same, the order of Registrar (Judicial) will be recalled in the matter. (PRAVIN S. PATIL, J.) Gulande
