DATE : 8th APRIL, 2022 By the order dated 14/02/2020, this Court had granted prayer made in the report No.9 of 2018 and necessary steps were directed to be taken by the official liquidator.

By this pursis, the official liquidator is requesting for permission to pay for bills of advertisement and valuation charges from the available funds. The aforesaid prayer is granted.
