This application is filed by the respondent praying that the petitioners be directed to deposit an amount of Rs.1,06,87,424.56ps. as per the order passed by this Court on 15th November, 2014.

According to the petitioners, an amount of Rs.41,57,916/- has been deposited by the petitioner as per the above referred order. This Court while directing the petitioners to deposit the amount, has specifically observed that the respondent No.1 is not permitted to withdraw the amount.

In my view, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent at this stage.

The Civil Application is dismissed.

It is clarified that the liability of the petitioners to pay the amount will be determined at the time of final hearing of the petition and if it is found that the petitioners

2 caw679.15 have deposited lesser amount then the petitioners would be liable to pay interest at the rate fixed deposit would have fetched.
