After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant and in view of the observation of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of State of Haryana Vs. Samarth Kumar reported in AIR Online 2022 SC 271, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail in the event of the arrest. Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
