This is an application filed by respondent nos.3 and 4 for withdrawal of the amount.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Respondent nos.3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited in this court against usual undertaking and remaining 25% of the deposited amount against solvent surety both to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) to be furnished within four weeks from the date of the order.
