CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO.654/2020 Learned Advocate Shri R.J. Shinde has pointed out order in First Appeal No.515/2016. This Court has allowed to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing usual undertaking and remaining 50% amount was permitted to withdraw subject to furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
