The petitioner is seeking to quash the Noncognizable Report registered by the respondent No.1 with a direction to register the offences punishable under Sections 384, 385, 386 and 506-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2.

In our view an appropriate remedy will be to approach the Jurisdictional Magistrate.

3.

The petitioner's counsel shall take instructions and make submissions.

4.

Stand over to 30.09.2025."
