The petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy available under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973; Section 175(3) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioner may avail the same.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
