IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

NAGPUR BENCH AT NAGPUR CONTEMPT PETITION NO.91/2017 IN WRIT PETITION NO.5788/2015 (D) Kum. Nirmala Vasudevrao Vaidya ...Versus...

Patil, Advocate for petitioner CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A NAIK AND ARUN D. UPADHYE, JJ.

DATE : 30.06.2017 By this contempt petition, the petitioner has sought action against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 12.4.2016 in Writ Petition No.5788/2015. It was the case of the petitioner when we had issued notice before admission to the respondents in this contempt petition that though they were directed to release the benefits to which the petitioner was entitled, within a time-frame, the benefits were not released.

Mrs. Patil, the learned Counsel for the petitioner however fairly states that during the pendency of this contempt petition the order of which the contempt is alleged, is complied with and the amount to which the petitioner is entitled, is released in her favour.

3006cp91.17.odt In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, it would not be necessary to proceed with the contempt petition any longer. Hence, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
