It is not in dispute that caste claim of respondent no. 2 is still under consideration of respondent no. 1 Committee. The petitioner is also participating in those proceedings. Hence, interest of justice can be met with by directing the respondent no. 1 Committee to expedite the adjudication and complete it within four months .....2/-
