Date : 7th August, 2019 This petition seeks a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner made on 10-12-2013. On 24-3-2017, this Court issued notice to the respondents and it was made clear that it was open for the respondent No.3 to take suitable decision on the representation of the petitioner, made on 14-12-2016. In the affidavit filed by the respondents in response to this petition, it is stated that the representation of the petitioner was decided on 21-1-2014. In view of this, it is open for the petitioner, if permissible, to challenge the said decision, if he is aggrieved by the same.
