In response to our orders dated 06.02.2019, respondents have tendered a Pursis dated 26.02.2019 in Court, the same is taken on record. In the said Pursis it is stated as under :

"(1) That the respondents have calculated the difference of the Gratuity calculated including the period of suspension and the same has been finally audited. The amount of difference payable

Order 2702wp1310.17 comes to Rs. 3,83,596/-. The respondents submit that the same shall be paid having been sanctioned within a period of eight weeks. The petitioner is not entitled for any other benefits. Hence, the petition needs to be disposed of in the interest of justice and fair play."

In view of above, nothing survives in this petition. The same is disposed of as infructuous. The amount be paid within a period of four weeks from today.
