This petition is filed for a direction to Respondents to decide the proposal of the Petitioner to open a college. According to the Petitioner, the proposal is pending with the State Government. The Petitioner accepts that proposals of other colleges are yet to be

That be the position, we do not intend to issue any direction which would indicate that the Petitioners proposal is to be considered out of turn. The proposal of the Petitioner, as stated, will be considered as per law and within the time frame generally followed by the Respondent Authorities.
