This is an application filed jointly by the parties to the present writ petition praying for dismissal of the present writ petition by quashing and setting aside the impugned undated order passed in the month of March, 2020 issued by the Collector, Amravati and thereby Collector, Amravati be directed to jointly enter the names of the partners as per the registered amended instrument of partnership dated 9th March, 2023. Shri Kasat, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and parties have also settled their account and entered into instrument of partnership.

Both the parties have signed the present application and also the deed of instrument of account and an instrument of partnership.

The respondent no.2 is personally present in the Court and she has been identified by her counsel. 5.

In that view of the matter, the Collector, Amravati is directed to take necessary steps as regards the correction of the entries in the licence as per settlement whereunder respondent no.2 relinquish her right, by following due procedure of law.

The Collector, Amravati shall take a decision within two months from today.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader undertakes to communicate the said order to the Collector, Amravati.

Accordingly, the civil application and writ petition are disposed of.
