The last line of paragraph 11(b) of the said judgment is corrected by replacing the figure "31.01.2001" with the figures "31.08.2001".

The necessary correction be carried out in the original judgment and its copy be uploaded accordingly.

The request made vide Prayer Clause (ii) is kept open for being considered in appropriate proceedings.

The civil application is disposed of.
