The learned advocate for the applicant/appellant submits that the stay to the execution of the award be granted considering the enhanced compensation awarded by the Reference Court.

In view of the facts stated in the stay application and on perusal of the Judgment and award, we are inclined to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and award subject to deposit of

10-FA-631-21 50% enhanced compensation awarded by the Reference Court within eight weeks.
