This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellants in this Court as well as reference Court as per the Award.

Considering the peculiar set of facts, the application deserves to be allowed partly. The application is partly allowed in the interest of justice. 5.

Claimants/Respondent Nos.1 and 2 is permitted to withdraw 75% amount along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking deposited in this Court as well as reference Court.
