In view of the stand of the Director of Education that the authority to decide the staffing pattern is the State Government, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to directly submit the proposal to the State Government.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.

If the proposal is submitted by the petitioner to the State Government within the next two weeks, we would expect the State Government to decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
