Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that imposition of quantum of damages was under challenge in this writ petition and the challenge was based on judgment of Full Bench of Delhi High Court in a case of Roma Henny Security Services Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Central Board of Trustees, E.P.F. Organization through Assistant P.F. Commissioner, Delhi (North)1 which has been reversed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in a case of Central Board of Trustees Vs. Roma Henny Security Services Pvt. Ltd., and others2. He, therefore, submits that basis of the challenge does not survive after 2013-I-LLJ-29(Del) (2020) 3 SCT 741 SKNair
